Arts Council's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit

The Arts Council’s Equality, Human Rights and Diversity (EHRD) Policy and Strategy sets out the council’s commitment to taking action and to actively deepen the understanding of inequalities in the arts and develop substantive ways to address them.

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit provides tools, templates and other relevant resources to support the sector to reflect on how they might approach Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). This toolkit is intended to support organisations in implementing positive policy measures to promote equality of opportunity, access and outcomes for everyone living in Ireland regardless of their age, civil or family status, disability, gender, membership of the Traveller community, race, religion or sexual orientation.

The toolkit is an invaluable resource that will support organisations in a practical manner to ensure all round inclusivity. The toolkit includes step-by-step guides, case studies and further useful resources.
