The HSE have submitted a course of stress reduction classes that are live streamed and facilitated by Dr Jim White. These started on April 13th and will run for 3 weeks on Mondays and Thursdays. Today’s class is controlling your thoughts. You can catch this class from either 2-3.30pm or 8.30-10pm. click HERE to find out more.
